1. What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we will contact you and send you a different item with the same value.

Please contact us at ask@middlepoint.com.my for exchanges. Please note that customers pay return shipping on any item sent in for exchange.

2. What if the items I receive is damaged?

If you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at ask@middlepoint.com.my so we can urgently review the matter for you!
